Orders

Will I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email is entered correctly and check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

We may be able to assist with changes such as updating the shipping address or removing items as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Since orders often enter the processing phase shortly after placement, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@midnightgothicdecor.com with your order number. Once your order enters production or shipping, it can no longer be modified.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us promptly after placing it at contact@midnightgothicdecor.com, providing your order number so we can check the status.

If the order has not shipped, you are eligible for a full refund, including product and shipping fees.

If the order has already entered the shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return according to our Return Policy.

Production & Handling Time

Are your products in stock?

Some of our products are handmade or produced in small batches, so a 3–5 business day production or preparation period may apply before dispatch. This process ensures the quality and aesthetic integrity of each item we send.

Will my items ship together?

Yes. If you order multiple items, your package will ship when all items are ready. The dispatch time will align with the longest production lead time.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

  • United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military addresses)
  • Canada
  • Australia (mainland only)
  • United Kingdom (mainland only)
How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after the 3–5 day production or preparation period are:

  • USA: 7–10 business days
  • Canada: 10–12 business days
  • Australia: 7–12 business days
  • UK: 5–7 business days

These are average estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by local courier services, holidays, or customs processing.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking status typically updates throughout the journey. Please note that tracking visibility depends on the carrier’s systems—we’ll ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

What happens if delivery fails?

If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons—such as an incorrect shipping address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to retrieve it after multiple attempts and our pickup notification—we may be unable to recover the parcel and it may be considered abandoned.

In such cases, we unfortunately cannot issue refunds or resend the item. Please make sure your shipping details are accurate and monitor your tracking and email updates closely.

Customs & Duties

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. We cover all import duties and customs fees for international orders. However, local customs procedures may still cause delays, which are outside our control.

Will you handle delays caused by customs?

We are not responsible for customs-related delays but will do our best to assist in communication with the courier to resolve any issues quickly.

Returns & Refunds

When can I request a return or refund?

We accept return or refund requests in the following situations:

  • Items arrived severely damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items received (wrong color, style, etc.)
  • Items with significant manufacturing defects

Please email contact@midnightgothicdecor.com within 14 days of receiving your item, and include your order number and photo evidence.

When are returns or refunds not accepted?
  • Dislike of product due to personal preference
  • Ordered the wrong size or item by mistake
  • Minor manufacturing imperfections or color differences
  • Odor, signs of wear, or customer-inflicted damage
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Package returned due to customs issues or failed pickup
What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. While rare, damages can occur during shipping. Please retain the original packaging and email us at contact@midnightgothicdecor.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

How do I request a refund?

If your order qualifies, contact us at contact@midnightgothicdecor.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll provide return instructions and process your refund after verifying the item’s condition.

Where will my refund go, and how long will it take?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 10 business days, but exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Some items are handcrafted or produced in small batches, so minor variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur. These are normal and do not indicate defects.

We recommend gently wiping your items with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid alcohol-based or abrasive cleaners, moisture, and prolonged sun exposure.
