Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product or if there is an issue with its quality, please follow the return and refund process outlined below.
1. Refund Before Dispatch
If you realize you've made an error in your order and wish to cancel it before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@midnightgothicdecor.com, providing your order number (found in your order confirmation email). If your order has not been dispatched, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of the product and delivery. Please note that refund processing may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, although it is typically faster.
If the product has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel the order, and you will need to follow our return policy.
2. Refund After Dispatch
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product (the "Refund Period"). The refund will be based on the actual amount you paid, including product cost and original delivery cost, provided it meets the following refund/return conditions.
3. Situations Supporting Return/Refund

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your package is severely damaged upon arrival, please contact us. We will provide a refund or replacement service. Check your items upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible at contact@midnightgothicdecor.com, providing photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will process your request after receiving the necessary details. Please note that wear and tear from normal use is not covered under the return policy.

Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive an incorrect item or the color or size of the product differs from your original order, we will offer a refund or replacement. If the item matches your order but you wish to return or exchange it, it will not qualify for a return. Please carefully select the size and style according to the product description.
4. Return Eligibility
For your return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product’s packaging is intact, and all labels are still attached.

5. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at contact@midnightgothicdecor.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Include the reason for the return and relevant photos. We will guide you on how to return the item after receiving the necessary information.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a instructions on how to return the product. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Items the buyer dislikes or incorrect sizes.

Damage caused by normal use, intentional damage, negligence, exposure to sunlight, failure to follow our care instructions, or any other improper use.

Product differences that have been pre-agreed with the seller.

Deletion of tracking information by the courier or local postal service.

In certain cases, packages returned, lost, or held by customs due to failure to complete customs procedures.
7. Refund Processing
We will notify you whether your return has been approved after receiving and reviewing your return. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 10 working days through your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.

8. Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the product is not returned in its original condition and the product's value is diminished, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
9. Damage During Shipping
If your product is damaged during shipping, please retain the original packaging and contact us as soon as you receive the product. We will file a claim with the courier for this negligence and require photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Please send the photos to contact@midnightgothicdecor.com, and we will guide you on how to proceed.
