Handmade Products and Production Time
Many of our products are handmade, which means there is a production time of 3-5 business days before they are shipped. Once production is complete, we will ship your order as soon as possible. We strive to ensure a smooth process from production to delivery to provide the best shopping experience for you.
Estimated Delivery Times by Country:

United States: 7-10 business days (excluding remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses).

Canada: 10-12 business days.

Australia: 7-12 business days (delivery does not include overseas islands).

United Kingdom: 5-7 business days (UK mainland and its affiliated islands; does not include overseas territories or offshore islands such as British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, and Jersey).
Please note that the above delivery times are estimated average times and are not guaranteed delivery times.
Customs Duties and International Shipping:
We will cover the customs duties and import taxes for international shipments. However, due to the ever-changing customs policies and procedures of different countries, the actual delivery time may be affected, and we cannot guarantee delivery according to the estimated time. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs process.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the courier attempting multiple deliveries without success, and we have officially notified the customer multiple times via email, the package will be abandoned, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
