Damaged or Defective Items

If the order has not yet been shipped, we’ll help you cancel or modify it.
If the order is already in the shipping process, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our return policy.
How can I request a return?
f the product is damaged or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund within 60 days of receiving your item.
Returns or refunds are eligible if:
- The item is visibly damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
All returns must be unused and in their original condition. To begin a return, please email us at contact@midnightgothicdecor.com with your order number and photos of the product. If approved, we will provide a return address and next steps.
