If the order has not yet been shipped, we’ll help you cancel or modify it.

All returns must be unused and in their original condition. To begin a return, please email us at contact@midnightgothicdecor.com with your order number and photos of the product. If approved, we will provide a return address and next steps.

Yes, all shipped orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your item is dispatched.

If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your promotions or spam folder.

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe delivery, and damage during transit is very rare.

If your item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize and will arrange a refund or replacement for you.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and include photos of both the product and the packaging. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
